A.Nos.7490, 7491, 7493 of 2019 in O.P.Nos.917, 918 & 919 of 2018 A.Nos.7490, 7491, 7493 of 2019 in O.P.Nos.917, 918 & 919 of 2018 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY.J, These three Applications are filed in the respective original petitions for extending the time stipulated in the order dated 27.08.2019 for production of bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Madras High Court as security for withdrawal of the amount specified therein.

2.The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that due to the extremely challenging and difficult economic conditions as well as the financial hardship, the applicant company/applicant requires further time to furnish the bank guarantee.

3.On examining the affidavit filed in support of the said applications and on considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, I am of the view that the applications are liable to be allowed.
