ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Court, by order dated 06.05.2022, disposed of the writ petition in WP.No.12140 of 2012, directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2022, conduct an enquiry, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, respondents 7 & 8 and any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said direction was not complied with, within the time stipulated by this court, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3, 4 & 5, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the order of this court, enquiry was conducted on 13.02.2023 and hence, necessary orders would be passed with regard to the claim of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks. 3/5

Recording the submission so made on the side of the respondents 3, 4 & 5, this contempt petition stands closed, by directing the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders, on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
