O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 17.09.2021 made in W.P.No.15454 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with, vide proceedings of the Superintending Engineer, Karur EDC / Karur in Letter No.SE/KEDC/ KRR/DFC/AO/REV/AS/HT/F.005 SWEL/D.No.112/23 dated 03.05.2023 and produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub-application is also closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid proceedings in the manner known to law.
