This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the above appeal in STC.No.104 of 2023 dated 13.03.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track)Court, at Attur, Salem District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 36 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
