Complaint lodged on 19.10.2023 regarding theft of two wheeler bearing registration No.TN 30 AR 9813 [Hero Honda Splendor] not been 1/4

investigated and final report filed till date. Hence the present petition is filed for direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation on the complaint in Crime No.780 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police and file final report within prescribed time. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, states that the investigation of the missing vehicle is under way and till date, police is unable to trace the vehicle or thief who alleged to have been stolen the vehicle. 3.

Taking note of the fact that the case is pending for nearly one year, the respondent police is directed to investigate the complaint and file final report preferably within a period 45 days from today. 4.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
