The complaint by the mother-in-law against son-in-law alleging breach of trust. CSR is pending against this petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that earlier father-in-law gave a similar complaint to the respondent police and that was closed as 'action dropped'. Now, the mother-in-law has made a similar complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that if the petitioner participate in the enquiry and co-operate with the investigation, the respondent police shall enquiry the matter and proceed based on the out come of the enquiry. Meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be subjected to any coercive action.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
