This petition is filed to bring on record the the proposed respondents 5 to 7 as legals heirs of the deceased first respondent viz., S.Subramaniyam.

2. The first respondent is also an appellant in the connected appeal in A.S.No.37 of 2013 and his legal heirs are already impleaded.

3. Since the proposed respondents 5 to 7 are impleaed as legal representatives of the deceased S.Subramaniyam in the connected appeal, this Court has no hesitation to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
