This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the fourth respondent by way of effecting publication in a daily newspaper so as to complete the service in the above petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petitioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Malai Malar", Chennai Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 12.11.2024.
