ORDER
This writ petition has been filed against the order passed by the District Registrar, South Chennai, refusing permission to the petitioner to conduct a General Body Meeting on 19.02.2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are serious disputes between the members of the society, and two civil suits are pending between the parties, hence, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate all his contention in O.S.No.2352 of 2017 pending on the file of the XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the concerned Court, where the civil suits are pending. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
