The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey his property comprised in Survey No.70/1A1A2B situated in Kamaraj Nagar, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the online application of the 1/4
petitioner dated 12.07.2024.

It is the case of the petitioner that the above said property purchased by him from one S.R.Lakshmana Chetty son of S.V.Ramachandra Chetty and the same was registered in the name of the his wife vide Document No.181 of 1979, Sale Deed dated 24.01.1979 and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same from the date of purchase. The petitioner submitted an online application on 12.07.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents points out that the survey number mentioned in the online application submitted by the petitioner differs with the survey number found in the prayer of the writ petition. Therefore, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered by the respondents.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to 2/4
submit fresh online application through his wife, in whose name property stands, seeking survey of the subject land by giving correct survey number, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider such online application and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such online application.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
