This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to direct the respondent Management to pay every month Rs.14,000/- which is the petitioner's last drawn full salary from the date of the award i.e. 29.10.2021 onwards under Section 17 B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, 2.The respondent has filed a detailed counter stating that the petitioner is gainfully employed in San Academy from March 2021 till date under Unique Identification Number 101136145254.

3.In view of the specific stand taken by the respondent and in view of the fact that the petitioner has not denied the same, this direction petition stands dismissed.
