This petition is filed to restore the above Criminal Original Petition No.3677 of 2018, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 08.07.2021.

2. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the above petition. Satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Hence, the petition is ordered and Crl.O.P.No.3677 of 2018 is restored to file.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take private notice to the second respondent/de-facto complainant informing about the present status of the case and also mentioning the date of hearing as 18.11.2022.
