This application is filed seeking to extend the time for completion of Arbitral proceedings and passing of award by the Arbitral Tribunal until 31.12.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. From the proceedings of the Arbitral Tribunal, it is seen that the orders were reserved for rendering of final award on 21.04.2019. Earlier, the time was extended by this Court upto 30.09.2019. As the dispute involves voluminous documents and evidence, three months time extension has been sought for by the parties for conclusion of the arbitral proceedings.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent has got no serious objection in granting extension of time.
