This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the criminal revision as against the order dated 30.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P No.364 of 2025, on the file of the Principal Special Judge, EC and NDPS Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 86 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
