2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Madhu Prakash, learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that already the decision has been taken to intimate all the members. His submission is recorded.

3. In view of the same, since the issue has been settled and no further dispute appears to be pending with regard to the membership of the club. Hence, no further order is required in this Original Application. Accordingly, this Original Application is closed. Consequently, the connected application is also closed.
