This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 128 days in representing the Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 04.09.2025.
