Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 3rd respondent to produce before this Hon'ble Court the detenue, petitioner's daughter Ms.Komal Choudhary, aged about 19 years, who is possibly under illegally detention by the 4th respondent and set her liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) This writ of habeas corpus has been instituted to direct the third respondent to produce the detenue Ms.Komal Choudhary, aged about 19 years. During the course of investigation, the police found that the detenue and the fourth respondent got married on 05.09.2024 in the presence of the boy's family.
2. The parents of the fourth respondent, who are present before this Court, also made a submission that they have accepted the detenue as the wife of the fourth respondent.
3. The detenue is a major and pursuing education at Coimbatore. She
is capable of understanding what is good for her life. That being the observation made by this Court and the fact remains that the detenue is not in illegal detention, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
