This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders in order dated 17.07.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.15551 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
