This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 21.09.2023, had disposed of the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.3478 of 2023, by directing the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri to dispose of the O.P.No.38/2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, has addressed a letter dated 12.02.2024 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 12.02.2024 sent by the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said O.P.No.38/2021 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.3478 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of three months to the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri to dispose of the O.P.No.38/2021 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
