This petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.15448 of 2015 dated 31.03.2016 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent Mr.Gangan Bothra who appeared as party-in-person.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. Accordingly this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. However, the learned counsel requested for extension of time for complying with the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.3 lakhs before 21.04.2016.

5. Accepting his submission, two weeks time is given to the petitioner from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
