O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider her representation dated 07.03.2022 seeking cancellation of the patta issued in the name of the 4th respondent in respect of the land bearing Ayan Punja Survey No.156/5 to an extent of 0.47.0 Ares situated at Melpennathur Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject land belongs to her 2/5

and the Revenue Officials erroneously issued patta in the name of 4th respondent and after obtaining knowledge about the same, the petitioner submitted a representation on 07.03.2022 seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of 4th respondent and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2022 will be considered by the 3rd respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner as well as 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No 3/5

costs.
