This application has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23566 of 2021 on 07.12.2021 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions.

3. Considering the above submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court, for trial for POCSO Act Cases, Chennai, on 1st day of December 2022 thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Special trial Judge.
