(i) C.M.P.No.21299 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 1793 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 9th respondent viz., Indrani in CMP.1755 of 2020 as well as in SA.No.83 of 2020. (ii) C.M.P.No.21301 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent Indirani in CMP.No.1755 of 2020 as well as in SA.83 of 2020.

(iii) C.M.P.No.21302 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the 16th respondent herein as the legal heir of the deceased 9th respondent Indirani and rank him as the 16th respondent in C.M.P.No.1755 of 2020 as well as in S.A.No.83 of 2020. (iv) C.M.P.No.289 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 1793 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent Indirani in CMP.No.2970 of 2020 as well as in SA.No.91 of 2020. (v) C.M.P.No.292 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent Indirani in C.M.P.No.2970 of 2020 as well as S.A.No.91 of 2020.

(vi) C.M.P.No.293 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the 15th respondent herein as the legal heir of the deceased 9th respondent Indirani and rank him as 16th respondent in CMP.No.2970 of 2020 as well as in SA.No.91 of 2020. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

msr (vii) CMP.No.15065 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal heirs of the deceased appellant Kamalam and rank them as appellants 2 to 6 in SA.No.91 of 2020.

(viii) C.M.P.No.15068 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal heirs of the deceased appellant Kamalam and rank them as appellants 2 to 6 in SA.No.83 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 has no objection to allow these petitions.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions and in view of no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3, these applications stand ordered msr 17.04.2025 Note:
