Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to modify the condition imposed on him by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanheepuram District at Chengalpattu made in Crl.M.P.Nos.618, 620, 621 and 622 of 2016 respectively, by order dated 16.03.2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur daily instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders as ordered by the lower court.

COMMON ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to modify the condition imposed on him by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanheepuram District at Chengalpattu made in Crl.M.P.Nos.618, 620, 621 and 622 of 2016 respectively, by order dated 16.03.2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur daily instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that whenever the petitioner goes before the respondents police for complying with the condition, he was threatened. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, this Court feels that it is a fit case to modify the condition and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanheepuram District at Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.Nos.618, 620, 621 and 622 of 2016 respectively, dated 16.03.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur daily at 10.30 a.m. instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
5.These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
