ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the VII Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner in OP.No.3478 of 2019 within a time frame.
2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of this revision, even without notice to the respondent.
3. The perusal of the docket entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the respondent/wife filed her counter in the main OP on 05.10.2021. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the suit.

4. Taking into consideration, the OP is of the year 2019, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of suit within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
