Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel representing Mrs.S.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, after making elaborate submissions, on instructions, submitted that he is not pressing the petition. Further, the learned counsel submitted that four weeks time maybe granted to the appellant to pay the Court fee. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
