PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent to receive the enjoyment certificate dated 21.04.1997 filed in O.S.No. 206 of 2008 for obtaining forensic lab report in order to file final report within the time limit fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent to receive the enjoyment certificate dated 21.04.1997 filed in O.S.No. 206 of 2008 for obtaining forensic lab report in order to file a final report within a stipulated time. 2.The issue, as to whether all the documents filed in the civil suit would be required for the purpose of effectively investigating the compliant, is within the purview of the Investigating Officer and this Court may not be justified in directing them to receive such documents. Nevertheless, if the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation within a stipulated time, the ends of justice would be secured. 3.In the light of the above observations, the respondent herein is directed to complete the investigation in accordance with law and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
