Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to sanction and disburse the post of Matric Sc/ST scholar ship amount for the petitioners first year of study and further direct the 4th and 5th respondents to restore the petitioners name in college attendance register and issue fees receipt for the second year post Matric SC/ST scholarship amount which was transferred to the petitioners bank account and paid to the college.
