After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader (Puducherry), appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and having regard to the limited scope of the prayer, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- The 2nd respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the appeal dated 26.05.2022 filed by the petitioners against the order of the first respondent vide his proceedings No.5585/DRO/RD/2022, dated 28.03.2022 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
