This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner's property to put up fencing and cultivation based on the complaint dated 18.06.2022 and 24.08.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a complaint to the first and second respondents with regard to give police protection to the petitioner's property to put up fencing and cultivation, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the complaints of the petitioner dated 18.06.2022 and 24.08.2022 is available with the second respondent and they will consider the complaints of the petitioner.
4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the complaints of the petitioner dated 18.06.2022 and 24.08.2022 on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
