This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they have to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 P.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16987 of 2023 in dated 01.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
