The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subsequent to the filing of this petition, the complaint in C.C. No. 4391 of 2018 was dismissed by order dated 06.08.2022 due to the long absence of the complainant, which has been challenged in this quash petition. 1/4

2.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
