Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner in the Writ Petition, viz., S. Jayakumar, died on 28.11.2018, and has produced his death certificate and Legal Heirship Certificate containing the names of the proposed Petitioners. As such, the proposed Petitioners are entitled to be substituted as the Petitioners in the Writ Petition.
