ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Matter mentioned when the Court proceedings commenced in the forenoon.
2. Mr.B.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for petitioner submitted that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked. Learned counsel also submitted that the detenu has since come out of prison and he is free. Learned counsel sought leave to withdraw captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' (hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and Page Nos.2/5
clarity). Learned counsel made an endorsement in the case file in this regard and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:.
3. Aforementioned endorsement in the case file is reiterated in the hearing.
