O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.08.2024 seeking deletion of the fourth respondent's name from the patta issued in respect of property situated in Survey No.167/1, Kunnathur Revenue Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property on 31.03.1999 under registered sale deed and subsequently, a patta also issued in his name. During, updation of Revenue records in on-line portal, the name of the fourth respondent's name is reflected in respect of the above mentioned petitioner's property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.08.2024 seeking deletion of fourth respondent name and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is 2/4

before this Court.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 03.08.2024 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
