ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the petition by order dated 13.10.2025, appointed Mr.Roshan Balasubramanian, Advocate, as the Sole Arbitrator. A memo has been filed by the Sole Arbitrator stating that he has appeared for and also advised certain group entities of the respondent company. Therefore, since there is a personal relationship, the Sole Arbitrator has recused himself and has requested this Court to appoint a new Arbitrator to resolve the dispute.

2. Considering the above, this Court appoints Mr.P.V.Balasubramaniam, Senior Advocate, 47/2, First Main Road, R.A.Puram, Chennai - 600 028 [Mobile No.98410 41888] as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute arising out of the service order vide No.80959594 dated 23.05.2020, on merits and in accordance with law. Registry is directed to carry out necessary modification in the order dated 13.10.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
