ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the Final Report pertaining to the FIR dated 09.09.2015 which was registered in Crime No.1018 of 2015 under Section 420 & 406 of IPC pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.1018 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
