This writ petition has been filed to direct the the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2016 for releasing the petitioner's sister Sathiya (life convicts) wife of Rajendran, who was confined at the third respondent's prison.

released prematurely, subject to the condition that she will execute the bonds as per usual terms and conditions. Therefore, nothing survive in the present petition. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
