Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the Detention Order dated 17.07.2025 made in detention order in Cr.M.P.No.60/Black Marketer/2025 passed by the 2nd Respondent herein, quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu Ponramesh, aged 50 years, son of Karuppasamy, who has been detained in at Central Prison, Coimbatore before this Honble Court and set him at liberty.
