This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 08.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15272 of 2022 to execute the bail bond.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) as cost to the Taluk Legal Services Authority, attached to the Court and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 21.11.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
