This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Additional Special Judge No.II for the N.D.P.S. Act Cases, Chennai, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.35 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in C.C.No.35 of 2012 was completed and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
