Crl.M.P.No.15633 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12981 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12981 of dated 13.06.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders..

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that draft charge sheet is ready to file. He would further submit that the petitioner 1, 2 and 4 are complying with the conditions regularly and the 3rd petitioner has not complied with the condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 in Crl.O.P.No.12981 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 is relaxed.

However, the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons. As far as the 3rd petitioner is concerned, since he has not complied with the conditions, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed on him and hence, the relaxation seeking by the 3rd petitioner is dismissed.
