This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein viz., 1.Thirumathi Saraswathi, 2.Thirumathi Mohana, 3.Thiru Selvam and 4.Thirumathi Santhi, being legal heirs of the deceased concerned workman as 3rd to 6th respondents in the main Writ Petition in W.P.No.10824 of 2014.

2.Heard learned counsel on both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to make suitable amendments in the Writ Petition and list the matter on 22.02.2024.
