ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.19269 of 2009, dated 27.04.2012.

2.Pursuant to the orders passed by this court, the 3rd respondent through proceedings dated 03.12.2015, has rejected the claim made by the petitioner. Several reasons have been given for rejecting the claim of the petitioner and the same cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy independently, if they are Page No.2/3
