Considering the fact that this Court had deemed it fit to condone the delay of 657 days in filing the petition to set aside the ex parte decree by its order dated 26.09.2022 and since the very same reasons are given for setting aside the ex parte decree dated 05.02.2020 passed in the above Second Appeal, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

2. The Registry is directed to list the Second Appeal for arguments on 22.12.2022.
