This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend sentence imposed against the appellant/sole accused vide order dated 19.09.2022 passed in Spl.S.C.No.94 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Trial Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.
