ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023 & 10.01.2025 for reinstatement of his service with all monetary benefits within a time bound manner.

2.The facts of the case are that the petitioner while working in the fourth respondent as Heavy Vehicle Driver, was involved in alleged theft that he had stolen iron rods. A criminal complaint was also registered and after trial, the Criminal Court acquitted the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though representations were made for his reinstatement, the respondents 1 to 3 did not respond to the same. They have neither accepted nor rejected the claim of the petitioner.

4. The respondents 1 to 3 are directed to dispose of the representations dated 07.08.2023 and 10.01.2025 respectively, made by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
