ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass in this writ petition, notice to respondents 3 & 4 is dispensed with.

2. The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's Appeal dated 02.05.2025, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

3. At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that 1st respondent would dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 02.05.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. The above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2 has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view thereof, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 02.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 3 & 4 and all other interested parties including rival claimants, if any, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the receipt of a certified copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
