This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "4... Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders" imposed in order dated 28.06.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.8951 of 2023 in Crl.MP.No.5824 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.4882 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was filed in this matter and the same was taken on file by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur as CC.No.211 of 2022.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
