Crl.M.P.No.13198 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.5823 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.5823 of 2024 dated 08.03.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has one previous case and further investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
